From January 1st 2009:
- tourist buses, exceeding 10,36 m length and 4,00 m high, cannot move along the Amalfi coast road (SS 163 Amalfitana, from Positano to Vietri sul Mare), in both directions;
- campers, roulettes and vans, apart from their dimensions, cannot move along the Amalfi coast road from 6.30am to 12.00pm, in both directions;
- tourist buses, apart from their dimensions, cannot move along the Amalfi coast road in both directions during the following days Jan. 1st, Jan. 6th, Easter, Easter Monday, Apr. 25th, May 1st, Jun. 2nd, Aug. 15th, Nov. 1st, Nov. 2nd, Dec. 8th, 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st, except buses already present on the Amalfi coast and exiting in the direction Positano/Vietri, due to the deferral granted by ANAS SpA.
Tourist buses, not exceeding mt. 4,00 high and mt. 12,00 length, have to move along the Amalfi coast road from 7.30am to 12.00pm one way only in the direction Positano/Vietri sul Mare.
The above mentioned prohibitions and obligations are not applied to:
- buses for public transportation;
- tourist buses not exceeding 10,36 m length, except during the following days Jan. 1st, Jan. 6th, Easter, Easter Monday, Apr. 25th, May 1st, Jun. 2nd, Aug. 15th, Nov. 1st, Nov. 2nd, Dec. 8th, 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st;
- tourist buses, not exceeding 12,00 m length and 4,00 m high, reaching hotels and accommodations in Cetara, Maiori and Minori in the directions Vietri/Minori and Minori/Vietri, from 9.00am to 12.00am and from 5.00pm to 7.00pm, due to the deferral granted by ANAS SpA.
